Property was outstanding, with incredible staff and fantastic location close to everything fun to do places. Rooftop bar was excellent.

I liked the hotel, it was fabulous and fairly clean. The breakfast had lots of good food and drinks. The staff was attentive and helpful, everything was good. It was central and close to Wrigley Building. Thanks to a great service I had a such wonderful stay.

The hotel had a central location and it was a few steps away from Downtown Chicago.

No complaints, I would recomand this hotel and would definitely come back. Fabulous place overall, it is fairly clean, location is strategic so close to the river.

This is nicely appointed and fairly clean hotel with immaculate rooms and professional staff. State subway stop is an easy walk to the place, some 5 minutes on foot.

The room was immaculate, elegant, beautiful bathroom. Its location not too far away from Bp Pedestrian Bridge was unbeatable.

Its location was central, within walking distance of London Guarantee Building. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a pretty nice area. The restaurant was good, we tried excellent dishes.

Spectacular location, special service - overall perfect. 20 min walk to the heart of Chicago. The view from my room was exceptional. A such wonderful stay with a great swimming pool. Plus their wifi was fast.

Clean and attractive hotel, delightful staff and budget rooms. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a perfect view. The American breakfast was savoury and had decent food. The location was handy, short walk to buses and the river and Downtown. Also, a Millennium park was located in the area of the property.

All the dishes were great, nevertheless you can visit nearby The Bar.

The bathroom was cold.

It was tidy and serene place, lovely rooms. Amazing pool to relax in too.

The king room suited us: it had a heating system, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a mini-refrigerator. Their manager rocks! Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant LH on 21. We would recommend this property.

No complaints, the hotel met every demand. We liked location and staff plus the views were beautiful. Traveled much, cause it's just a short walk away from State subway station.

The hotel was next to magnificent mile and grant park. Ideal for long weekend. Great location and normal prices. We appreciated it.
